Refund & Replacement Policy – Mantra Karma
At Mantra Karma, we hold each product sacred and strive to deliver it in perfect condition. We understand that rare issues may arise, and we’ve put together a clear and fair replacement process to assist you when things go wrong.
1. 1-Day Replacement Policy: We offer a 1-day replacement window, beginning from the day your order is delivered. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your product to be eligible for a replacement.
Eligibility for Replacement: Replacement requests will only be considered under the following conditions: You received an incorrect product (verified via unboxing video). You received a damaged or defective item (verified via unboxing video). Please Note: Unboxing videos are mandatory to initiate any return or replacement.
2. Replacements Will Not Be Approved If: The issue is related to size, material feel, or personal preferences (all product sizes and details are clearly mentioned on the product page). The item has been washed, used, or tampered with The item is returned without original packaging, inserts, or tags. Requests are raised after the 1-day window. Products must be in the same, unused condition as when delivered and returned with all original components.
3. 6-Month Color Fading Replacement Guarantee: We offer a 6-month one-time replacement guarantee for any color fading issues: Share clear photographs of the product with us. A ₹100 shipping & handling charge will be applicable (prepaid only; no COD for this). The original product may be retained by you or returned at your expense. Damaged items are not covered under this guarantee.
4. Important Terms: All return/replacement decisions will be made after internal verification of shared videos/photos. We charge ₹100 flat fee for approved returns related to sizing (if accepted). If a prepaid order is undeliverable due to customer unavailability, we refund the amount (minus shipping charges) to your Mantra Karma Wallet. We are not liable for excess cash paid to the delivery partner beyond the COD amount. Requests made after the 24-hour window will unfortunately not be entertained.
6. Refunds: Refunds to bank/UPI accounts are only processed in exceptional cases, such as: Severe delays in delivery (beyond reasonable timelines), Multiple instances of damaged or incorrect deliveries All other approved refunds will be issued as store credit, in the form of: A discount coupon or A gift card (redeemable for your next purchase). No cash/bank refunds will be offered in general cases.
7. How to Start a Return or Exchange: 1. Go to our return portal and enter your order number and contact information. 2. Upload your unboxing video, relevant images, and comments. 3. If eligible, we will schedule a return pickup via courier. 4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your replacement or store credit, In case return pickup is not available in your area, you may be required to ship the item back to us manually.
8. Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following: Items from the Nepali Rudraksha collection Products in our Premium range (though these are covered under our 6-month color replacement promise), Sale items or gift cards.
9. Exchanges: To exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order after your original item has been returned and approved for a store credit.
